‘Star Wars: Visions’ Sneak Peek Announced

On Disney’s Investor Day in December 2020, Lucasfilm announced a plethora of exciting new content coming to fans of the galaxy far, far away.

Among the lineup included Ahsoka, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and an all-new Japanese anime Star Wars anthology series called Visions.

Star Wars: Visions will comprise ten unique stories set in the Star Wars universe, developed by some of Japan’s top anime creators. The plot of these short films is yet unclear, but with a 2021 debut date, fans have been waiting for a glimpse of the series to arrive at any moment, and their patience has paid off.

According to StarWars.com, Lucasfilm will be releasing a sneak peek at the upcoming Disney+ series, Star Wars: Visions, at its panel during Anime Expo Lite. The panel will is scheduled for July 3, 2021, at 3 pm PST and will last around 30 minutes.

Lucasfilm executive producers Jacqui Lopez, James Waugh, and Josh Rimes, Qubic Pictures’ and co-executive producer Justin Leach, and producer Kanako Shirasaki will be present at the panel.
