First Trailer Shows Emma Stone as Cruella De Vil

Cruella De Vil, the puppy-killing villain in Disney’s animated classic, 101 Dalmations, has reemerged in her own live-action standalone movie.

Starring Emma Stone as Cruella De Vil, the film explores the origins of the fur-loving character that takes place in 1970s London. It also takes a deep dive into Estella De Vil’s dog skin obsession while employed by Emma Thompson as the head of a fashion company.

Cruella is scheduled to release in theaters on May 28, 2021.
